Brickwork & walls
Shape your garden.
Build in character.
From a raised bed to a beautifully finished garden wall, thoughtful brickwork brings structure, detail and a sense of permanence to your outdoor space.
Weathered texture. Individual character.
Reclaimed brick
With their varied colours and weathered faces, reclaimed bricks bring warmth and character to a garden. Each brick has its own detail, creating walls and raised beds that sit comfortably alongside older homes, natural stone and established greenery.
We can use reclaimed brick to frame planting areas, create tiered beds, define different levels or tie garden steps into the surrounding walls. Details such as coping stones, brick patterns and decorative insets help make the finished design your own.
All the projects shown here use reclaimed brick. Colours, textures and markings vary, so we’ll talk through the look you’d like and help choose bricks that complement your garden.

Facing bricks (New bricks)
New facing bricks offer a choice of colours and textures for garden walls, raised beds and boundary features. From warm traditional tones to darker accents, we can help you choose a brick that complements your home and the rest of your outdoor space.
Shape the design with brick pillars, curved edges or tiered beds, then bring it together with coping stones and contrasting details. These projects show how brickwork can frame a garden and give each area a clear purpose.
We’ll talk through the brick colour, texture, joint finish and coping options with you so the details work together.

Stone walling
Stone walling brings texture and character to garden boundaries, raised features and sheltered corners. From warmer shades to a more weathered look, the colour and finish can make a wall feel like a natural part of the space.
We’ll help you choose a style that works with your home, paving and garden layout. Thoughtful details such as curved sections, coping and neatly finished joints bring the different elements together.
These examples show a range of stone walling finishes from our completed projects. We can talk through the materials and details to find the look you’d like.

Wall cladding & fascias
Give tired-looking brickwork a fresh, contemporary finish with wall cladding. From garden walls to raised beds and step risers, cladding can transform the appearance of a space and bring the different parts of your garden together.
Indian sandstone, limestone, slate and porcelain can all be used as wall fascia or cladding options. Choose a finish to match your paving for a coordinated look, or use a contrasting colour and texture to make a feature of the wall.
We’ll look at the existing wall and help you choose a suitable material and finish, with coping and corner details that complete the design.
